From tried and true cult products to newbies on the scene, a subscription to Hello Salon Pro gives you the opportunity to try before you buy, stock and sell in your shop. We’re talking up to 5 full-sized products delivered straight to your door.
What's in the box?
What’s NOT in the box is a better question! There are a lot of ways to be a beauty pro—whether you’re into men’s grooming, coloring the hottest looks or trying out totally awesome tools, you’ll find a bit of everything in your Hello Salon Pro box. Your beauty box will feature a little something different to keep you up-to-date on what your clients want and what your salon needs. Oh, and don’t worry—none of this sample-sized stuff. We’re all about full-sized products. Go big or go home.
Are there any extra fees?
Yes, we charge a small fee to help cover shipping costs, $4.95, to be exact.
How do you handle sales tax?
If your shipping address is in a state where we operate, sales tax will be applied to your order.
When should I expect my box?
Boxes ship every other month, including: February, April, June, August, October and December of 2018. Boxes will be sent out on the 15th of the month. Please allow 5-7 business days for your Hello Salon Pro box to arrive, depending on where you call home. #GetExcited
How can I edit my box?
Shoot, we can’t edit orders once they’ve been placed. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, hit us up ASAP with your details and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. Orders are processed within 48 business hours of your purchase.

How can I cancel my box?
Oh no, say it isn’t so! But, if you must go, please log in into your profile page to cancel your subscription at any time. All cancellations made after the 15th of each month with still be billed for that month’s shipped order.
What if I don’t like some products in my box? Can I get a refund?
Well, ya can’t please ‘em all—and no, we can’t give refunds.
How do I update my account information?
Name change? New digs? To keep your deets up-to-date, log in into your profile to change billing and shipping addresses or change your subscription.

Can I purchase a subscription for someone else?
Bummer. No, you cannot. This is a box from the pros for the pros (licensed pros, that is); you must be the professional purchasing the subscription. Hey, beauty school is always an option, right? (Psst, we think it’s the best profession eva!)
