Hello Salon Pro, LLC, is the operator and owner of the hellosalonpro.com website (the “Site”).  HSP is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those that visit the Site.  HSP takes this responsibility seriously as a key component to earning and maintaining the trust of those that visit and utilize the Site.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to HSP and any Third Party with whom HSP shares or collects Personal Information. “Third Party” refers to agents, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and independent contractors. By submitting information to HSP or accessing HSP’s websites, you agree to HSP’s collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time.  This Privacy Policy is made part of and incorporated into the Terms and Conditions for the Site.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you are not allowed to use this Site.

Collection of your Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to information that relates to you and identifies or can be used to identify you. This information includes your name, billing address, social security number, driver’s license number, credit card number, debit card number, bank account number, email address, and credit information. HSP may collect Personal Information for those purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, and as otherwise permitted by law. HSP uses Personal Information in order to give you a more enjoyable and convenient experience, and to help identify and/or provide information, products or services that may be of interest to you.

HSP may collect Personal Information through the Site (including without limitation through online forms or submission applications.

As part of network operations and when you visit the Site, HSP may automatically collect certain information such as your domain type, your IP address, and clickstream information to gauge the effectiveness of the Site, improve HSP’s online operations, enhance your online experience with customized content, and focus HSP’s marketing efforts to better meet the needs of its customers.

HSP is not responsible for the practices, including the use of cookies, employed by websites linked to or from the Site or for the content contained therein. The websites and services you are able to access on the internet are outside the control and limits of this privacy policy.

Use of your Confidential Personal Information

HSP uses Personal Information in order to give you a more enjoyable and convenient experience, and to help identify and/or provide information, products, or services that may be of interest to you.

There may be instances when HSP may access or disclose Personal Information without notice or your consent in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of HSP, its Affiliates or its/their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of HSP’s agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of customers or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process, such as a subpoena.

HSP may share or sell information collected about you, that has been anonymized or aggregated in a manner that renders it unidentifiable with you, to Third Parties for marketing, research, and other purposes.

If HSP obtains Personal Information from a Third Party, its use of that information is also governed by this Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

HSP may share Personal Information for purposes permitted by law without your consent in order to provide services for you.  Your Personal Information may be shared with Affiliates and Third Parties for the purposes of marketing products and services. Depending on the circumstance, notice (such as provided in the preceding sentence) and opt-out may be a permissible means of obtaining your consent to such sharing.

Affiliates and Third Parties are permitted to obtain only the Personal Information they need, and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than those permitted by law or with your consent.  Except as provided in this policy, HSP does not sell your Personal Information to Third Parties for any purpose other than to enforce its rights under any agreements with you or as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy. For example, HSP may sell past-due accounts in an effort to collect for unpaid services.

Security of Your Personal Information

HSP is committed to protecting the information it receives from you.  However, HSP is not liable for disclosure of your Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of Third Parties. HSP has undertaken commercially-reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to visitor data retained in its servers. However, due to the inherent open nature of the internet, HSP cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to it or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk.

Collection and Use of Children’s Personal Information

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 13 and HSP has no intention of collecting or soliciting Personal Information from persons under the age of 13.  If you are not 13 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site.  Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that can prevent children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors. If a child under age 13 has provided HSP with Personal Information, HSP will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from its database.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences

If you are a registered user, the Site allows you to access and update your registration information and your preferences to receive email or other communications. HSP will take commercially-reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from HSP for a period of time as your request is processed.

Change of Control

HSP reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information and other information as an asset in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of HSP’s business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale, or other change in control.

Our employees, agents, and affiliates are required to adhere to this Privacy Policy, and HSP’s policies, which support its commitment to protecting customer privacy. Failure to comply with this Privacy Policy or HSP’s policies may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

HSP will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services and customer feedback. HSP encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be kept informed about HSP’s privacy practices
